Went to Gary Sapp Automotive yesterday to try and get some tires for my work van. I arrived to pleasant greetings and great personalities. I asked them about trying to get specialty tires fully expecting to be told they would have to order them and would take a while. To my pleasant surprise they informed me they could get them that day. I sat and hung out, and a few hours later I had brand new tires on my company van. The uniformity of work and the class of care is at such a high standard that I will only use Gary Sapp Automotive for all vehicular needs.

The battery died on our only car. It took me a few hours to get it towed with our roadside assistance and Billy still got me in and completed well before closing even with a second battery that was hard to get to needing to be replaced.. All communication was done over the phone and Billy did an excellent job of keeping me well informed. Great service at a fair price. I even got a follow up call from the owner the next day. Gary has our business in the future for sure.

I've lived in Pensacola for three years now and have been fortunate enough not to have any major vehicle issues. When my truck went down last week I asked all my friends where I should go because I had no idea. Nearly everybody said I should go to Gary Sapp Automotive... and now that will be the answer when somebody asks me to recommend a mechanic. My appointment was set up for this morning, and by this evening I had my truck back in working order. Price was fair, work was fast, and everyone I interacted with was courteous and professional. This is literally everything you could want for automotive services.

Gary and his crews always answer the mail. They have not let me down yet. I take my personal and business vehicles there for service and repair. I appreciate what Gary and his crew do.
