Good experience overall

AAA sent us here when my car broke down out of town. We could not have handpicked a better auto shop to fix my car. They knew that we were stuck and did their best to get us back on the road quickly. They had to overnight parts to themselves and even take a trip to Mobile to get an extra part. They gave us hotel recommendations since we needed to spend the night. Dolly even offered to come pick me up when the car was ready! They kept in contact with us and let us know their progress. Doug and Dolly were so accommodating, so if ever in the area and you need service go to Gary Sapp Auto!!!

Best experience I’ve had at a repair shop. They completed the repairs on short notice and stayed longer to make sure it was done. The people inside were easy to work with. Highly recommend this place !
