I have to say that I’ve struggled with finding honest car repair services in Pensacola. As a native, I have used several mechanics and many of these experiences have been less than pleasant. I don’t mind paying but I want to know that I am getting a fair price from professionals who will stand behind their work (and not do any unnecessary work) Thats what you will find at Gary Sapp Automotive. You ladies know what I mean when I say we often get treated differently when taking a car in to be repaired. Well not at this place. They treated me respectfully and repaired my vehicle promptly. Gary and his staff came through for us on short notice by replacing the brakes on our 2013 Hyundai Tucson four days before we left for Disney World. We asked them about an unrelated rattle, which they tracked down to the muffler. We chose to wait until our return from Disney and replaced the muffler the next day following our return. Thanks to Gary and his staff, we had a truly magical time! Gary and his staff are the definition of professionalism and trustworthiness!!
