I have been asked for an updated review, here goes. Once a business owner gives you their word that they will make everything right, I feel that you, as a human, are obligated to give them a chance. I have met with the mechanic responsible for getting my Jeep back on the road and I 100% believe that he, Scott, will make it happen. Gary Sapp is a very nice, respectful person, as is Scott. Thank you for that. The only thing I have an issue about is the unprofessional conduct of one person in particular. We all know who that is. I won't call them out. Gary witnessed their rude and unprofessional behavior. An apology would be nice but not expected. This is the perfect opportunity to teach certain folks basic customer service. Thank you again, Scott and Gary for making things right.
