Review Gary Sapp Automotive We had a breakdown when in our Class C motor home near Pensacola I -10 We contacted our Coach-Net roadside assistance service. Within a couple of hours we were towed to the Coach-Net recommended repair shop - Gary Sapp Automotive We were told by Coach-Net that it could take a day or two because the shop was very busy. . Gary and his staff quickly diagnosed the problem . They went out of their way to accommodate us. The next morning a service technician A.J. performed the repair while we stayed in our motor home. By twelve o'clock (midday) we were on the road again. I highly recommend Gary Sapp Automotive for their professional expertise and excellent work. When we arrived at our next campground we even got a phone call from Gary Sapp Automotive to check on us This is what I call pure professionalism. First time using Gary Sapp Automotive and I can confidently say I won’t go anywhere else going forward. I brought my classic Mercedes Benz in, and they welcomed the challenge. Most mechanics turned me away because “those cars don’t have computers” meaning the tech has to diagnose the problem. That was no deal breaker for Gary Sapp Automotive.
