As a fairly recent transplant retiree with an aged automobile, I have had work done by Gary Sapp Service Center three times and have always found them to be honest, dependable and reasonably priced. They take the time to explain exactly what the issue is and the options available. This, I appreciate.

A car I was buying was taken to Sapp Automotive for a safety inspection. The car was not inspected correctly, the brakes were missed. This was a significant concern because my wife and I were driving to Arizona two days later. I had a conversation with Mr. Sapp. I don't believe he himself had any idea a procedure was missed, but Mr. Sapp reassured me this problem has been corrected and I believe him considering the immediate action he took. Everybody makes mistakes in life. The best people are the ones that omit it and take action to fix it. I appreciate Gary Sapp standing up to fix the problem.

unbelieveable service for ANY business, let alone a repair shop. Spoke with Doug on the phone about an issue with my truck which he stated their schedule was full until the next week. However, after dropping off the vehicle, the group at Sapp's quickly diagnosed the issue and remedied in short order. Doug kept me aprised of the situation throughout the day.
