Garry sapp himself told me if i paid for part and had it installed my towtruck would be fixed in 2 to 3 days at most and he ended having my towtruck for 23 days and then didnt even fix the problem as he said he was 99.9% the part would fix problem and also tried to tell me that i had too pay him $1,139 for part and labor even thow truck wasent fixed untill i had my father called and said something about it💯❗Not too mention he has a very disrespectfulattitude as well as others who work there❗ Garry sapp is most definitely a crook and kept me from making money almost a month and didnt even fix the problem😡💯❗I highly recommend if you need your vehicle worked on too take it anywhere else but his shop or you will pay overpriced prices and get charged for service even if he doesn't fix your vehicle... YOU MIGHT EVEN WANNA FIGHT HIM SEEING HOW HE POPS OFF AT THE MOUTH😡❗💯
Hey John, I regret you had an unpleasant experience. I told you we needed to start there. I also told you how your system functions. We also had to wait DAYS between you returning phone calls to keep you abreast of what was going on with your truck and then wait for you to ask someone else to pay for it. You were not charged a single cent here. We fixed another problem that is part of your overall issue at no charge. We attempted to explain to you that there are multiple problems with your truck. As far as people popping off at the mouth.... Wow. You guys can be aggressive and rude, but when called out on it you decide to take it to the internet. Oh and also.. there were weekends and a four day holiday.... Interesting how you can bend things when you're typing on that end. We also explained to you that we were waiting for the manufacturer to send us the schematics for how they wired your pto in. I sincerely hope you get your equipment fixed.
