The service here was excellent. Everyone I dealt with here went above and beyond to help me out. These folks were reasonably priced, the work was done quickly, and they were upfront about the work that needed to be done and the pricing. I stopped at Gary Sapp Automotive because my car was about to die and leave me stranded and this was the first auto shop I saw. I will go back here because my experience was an excellent one.

Sketchy at best. Didn't do what I asked but vaguely did other stuff. Expensive, slow, don't call to update on status of repair . Been there in the past, much better then. Not sure what has happened. Very Unlikely I would go back. HonestMechanic.com....lol....right !

Great place, honest feedback! Took my Forester in for an oil change and 50k service; asked them to investigate a noise from the front-end. Oil change and 50k service was smooth and they replaced brake pads giving me several options for cost vs performance. Diagnosed the noise as an issue with transmission but went the extra mile to call and see if the issue was still under warranty, which it was. Rather than try and sell me a costly repair, Gary Sapp recommended I take it to the dealer to see if the issue was covered under warranty first. Likely saved me alot of money. Definitely recommend!

Battery died in my Mini Cooper and AAA recommended this dealer. Called and they had the same battery and I drove right there and it was installed immediately. Everyone was polite, knowledgeable and fast. Thanks to Yelp reviews for making me feel good about trying someone other than the Mini dealership which would have charged me an arm and leg.

They took great care of my family and my vehicle from the tow truck driver to the repair. They were great. Highly recommend.

My 2004 F-150 had a starting problem for over a year, one place told me coil packs, another charge me over $200 said it was battery (nope), another place told me it was the key's fault charged me $500 and told me to get new ignition switch & keys (nope), instead I took it to Sapp Auto, Ryan (I think) called me next day said it was spark plugs, YEP, that was it. Starts great every time. Thanks!

Gary and his crew have worked on a couple of my cars and done excellent service with a quick turn around. Highly recommended.
