Gary Sapp Automotive has been sent by AAA to assist me on two occasions. They are always quick to respond, courteous, honest and helpful. A SPECIAL shout out to Cory, who came to my rescue today. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Give that guy a raise!

The two young men who were dispatched through AAA to fix a blown tire were awesome. Great rescue guys!!!

My motor home broke down in Pensacola, it’s the 4th of July week and everything is packed! A couple of people thought it was the fuel pump, that would mean I needed a shop that could drop my fuel tank! I called many and finally Ryan at Gary Sapp’s said sure! So AAA towed it over from Milton, Fl. July 2nd it was towed over! Even with the holiday and everyone else’s jobs they got mine done Thursday evening! Didn’t need a fuel pump after all! Yes! They went above and beyond the call of duty and I, my daughter and our fur babies are so thankful! I highly recommend this shop to all I speak to! I am so happy to find a mechanic shop I can trust! There guys are honest and dependable. They even have 24 hour towing. They got strait to the problem, no fluff, and were mostly concerned about making sure my vehicle was safe for me to drive. They even called to check on me and my car after they had completed the service! Their customer service and honesty really sets them apart from anywhere else I've ever been. I recommend them to everyone.

We had to call AAA today when our car wouldn’t start while in FL on vacation from MO. We are so thankful Gary Sapp Automotive was the contacted representative for our service. They were on site within 10 minutes, had the car started, ran a thorough diagnostics test to be sure we would be safe to take it out and it would start again; no charge! They will have my business if I ever need them and my recommendation to anyone traveling this way who might need help! Thanks for being so helpful, honest and quick to respond!

Great repair shop

This company ripped me off. They told me my vehicle was fixed and ready to go. I picked it up and it ran just as before. The only thing that was different was my pocket was $1800 lighter. He promised to make it right, and I walked away the second time $1200 lighter and still no working vehicle. He is not answering my calls and not trying to make this right. Gary Sapp is a money pit.

Broke down in Milton and got towed her while in town for a festival. They fixed my car and found another major problem as to why the belt was falling off. Friendly staff and clean professional office. Glad they were the recommended AAA certified place. Even called a few days later to check in and make sure I made it safely home.

I have a 1967 Ford truck that is my every day driver and work truck. Gary and his staff know this and every time I come in they treat Ethyl (that's her name) like she is their own, and know that my time is valuable as well. My wife also brings her Subaru in and as some one who knows cars I know they treat her right, don't try to sell her on stuff like muffler belts, hydrocelators, or sprocket springs. If they say your vehicle needs it, it truly does. Not only that but the warranty on parts and service is always honored. I send my friends and family here because I trust them with their safety and service.
