Gary Sapp Auto was awesome. I had to have a new tire put on due to a bail hole in the old one. The staff, from the front desk to the mechanics, were respectful and professional. I would recommend this shop!

I had to use AAA yesterday to get my vehicle moved. It was a hard job due to the year and model of the year. They worked hard and were very professional. The two guys that assisted me went over and beyond to assist me. They did a great job!

I paid to get my clutch repaired only to find out that it wasn't repaired at all. Save your time and money and go somehwhere with a better reputation.

Every single vehicle we have in our shop has to go through our computer filing system, and we have no record of you. You may have the wrong automotive shop. Took daughters Armada in for AC service. I needed AC before my drive to Tallahassee. They got it done in 24 hours! Great service great price!

Your not gonna find a more reliable automotive shop. I have tried so many auto shops and some have done a decent job. But I am proud to say I have finally found an auto shop I dont have to worry about settling for decent. It's nice to take my car to a shop ONCE and not over and over again cuz of the same damn issue! Premium staff and good coffee. It also has the cleanest waiting area Ive ever been in. It's the little things that make a difference. Regardless, Im giving it a 5 star cuz there is no extra stars I can check!
