Gary and his guys were able to fix the steering in my Ford Super Duty. It now rides like new and doesn’t road walk. They were able to schedule me appointment and was completed as promised. I highly recommend them for your automotive or truck needs.

The truck had been to previous places and I was told that there is nothing wrong with it. Gary was able to diagnose what was wrong with the front suspension on my truck. Very friendly staff they worked with my extended warranty insurance policy and they set up an appointment time to repair my truck. My truck was fixed in the timeline they gave me. I am very please with the level of professionalism and honesty that Gary Sapp Automotive has. Thank you Gary for fixing my truck and I will be using you guys again!

I have used Gary ever since he was in a little 2 bay shop on Lillian Hwy.... 20 years at least. Always honest and quick. Pricing is great. I even called Gary when I was broke down in Atlanta to see if he knew a good shop to reccomend up there. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and got my big 1 ton crew cab dually diesel up and running, with *orders* to have it at his shop first thing when I got back so he could change the problem part. I'll never go anywhere else. He even takes care of my mother as if she were his own. Never any "padding" to the bill.

I needed a tow but didnt have a ride back to my car. James Mercer came and picked me up and even pointed me in the right direction as to what was wrong... He was very professional and friendly... Id highly recommend their service to anyone.
