This company ripped me off. They told me my vehicle was fixed and ready to go. I picked it up and it ran just as before. The only thing that was different was my pocket was $1800 lighter. He promised to make it right, and I walked away the second time $1200 lighter and still no working vehicle. He is not answering my calls and not trying to make this right. Gary Sapp is a money pit.

Kate, We are sorry that you feel that way. When Brian left that Friday it was with the understanding that if he was still having issues after he put the cap and rotor on he would return the car, I would look at it, and if it was something we repaired we would warranty it. If it was something additional I would work with him. To date I have not heard back from him, nor has he returned my calls. It seems to me that he isn't returning calls. I can not fix what isn't here. If you will bring it back up here we will be happy to look at it again.

Broke down in Milton and got towed her while in town for a festival. They fixed my car and found another major problem as to why the belt was falling off. Friendly staff and clean professional office. Glad they were the recommended AAA certified place. Even called a few days later to check in and make sure I made it safely home.

I have a 1967 Ford truck that is my every day driver and work truck. Gary and his staff know this and every time I come in they treat Ethyl (that's her name) like she is their own, and know that my time is valuable as well. My wife also brings her Subaru in and as some one who knows cars I know they treat her right, don't try to sell her on stuff like muffler belts, hydrocelators, or sprocket springs. If they say your vehicle needs it, it truly does. Not only that but the warranty on parts and service is always honored. I send my friends and family here because I trust them with their safety and service.

Update: 02-15-2018 Was there this week for an xray, exam and prescription. Once again these guys were awesome, fair, to the point with no bs. I appreciate the fair prices and great service. Fair price, great work, very friendly. First time I've used them and will go back for a 2nd time. Hopefully it will be as good.

I would highly recommend these guys. I was broken down on vacation and they let me stay in my RV in the parking lot so that I didn’t have to go get a hotel. They also got me in and out very quickly even tho they were pretty booked when my vehicle arrived. My only complaint is they put remanufactured calipers on my vehicle with out informing me they wouldn’t be new parts. Gary Sapp is a very knowledgeable mechanic and I would trust his opinion on repairs!
