After spending 2 nights and about 4 hours trying to get my car towed thru my AAA service. . Thanks to Gary Sapp automotive, not my AAA service for taking care of this! AAA caused a big misunderstanding and bottom line. ..Gary Sapp Automotive responded very quickly, and is taking care of my problem. Very nice and professional! when they were aware of my problem they immediately made sure it was taking care of. Thank you again...would definitely recommend them

Car was towed here when we broke down 200 miles from home. A 2010 Volvo with a burned up ignition coil. Gary and Heather were very courteous and professional and had us back on the road within a few hours. Even brought the car to us at the hotel. We really lucked into a great outfit. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Honest shop , did great work on my truck, very reasonable

Gary is a very fair and honest business owner with an honest and dependable staff.

Gary is amazing! I came in with my brake line pouring out fluid. Gary said that he would not let me drive way w/o fixing my brakes. 7 hours later and over twenty feet of brake line replaced I drove my car off that lot. He works hard to ensure that you are safe. I will only take my car there!

Had my tire changed by this company and vehicle was damaged. Filed with AAA as instructed and followed suit. Company continued to deny deny deny when I sat there and watched the technician struggle with my car because his tool got stuck on the lug nut. when the flat was changed I went to drive off and suddenly my car would not move. Had to have it towed to a mechanic and the wheel hub replaced because one of the studs was broken off into my hub and locked it up. This company refused to accept responsibility and do the right thing. Customers beware they will NOT follow through with you and make amends behind their damages. It's a shame our business practices aren't better than this!
