I have used Gary Sapp Automotive for many years. My battery died Tuesday afternoon during threatening weather with my windows rolled down. Gary Sapp drove to my location to try to jump it off then had another employee bring out a new battery and installed it for me all within 30 minutes of calling. Gary Sapp and his crew are professional, courteous and reasonably priced. I will continue to recommend their services and will see them for my next oil change soon.

I have used this company to service all of my vehicles for almost ten years. They always do what they say they are going to do, for the price they have quoted. I never feel as if they are telling me that something is wrong with a vehicle, when in fact there is nothing wrong( I have had this experience at other places). Only when a repair is needed, which relates to safety, do I feel pressure to get a repair made. They have always checked my entire vehicle(s). When I leave Gary Sapp Automotive, I feel that my vehicle is safe and in good repair. These people will take the time to diagnose a problem, explain it to me and explain my options. I never take my vehicles any place else.

I am so grateful for finding Mr. Sapp's business. They have always taken great care with my Jeep, offered great council on it's care, and the prices are more than fair. My Jeep was in there for 4 days getting a lift kit installed. The kit didn't come with front control bushings that would have eliminated excessive wear. Gary's manager, Billy, knows how much I like my Jeep and ordered the correct neoprene bushings, noticed a possible brake rotor problem and had them replaced (still under warranty), and Lord knows what else. It was there for 4 days and Billy felt bad about that. The result was a Bill that was about a $1000.00 lower than I expected. Plus I got a follow up call from Mr. Sapp. It's hard to find a good honest mechanic. I would recommend Mr. Sapp's business to all my neighbors and friends. Therefore, I feel obligated to write this review. I would like to thank Mr. Sapp, Billy, and all the mechanics for their service and advice. Sincerely--Bob Johnson

Would have gave him 0 stars if it would have let me.....NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! The owner is an A**HOLE! I had my car towed their because that is what AAA recommended I do (Already called them and spoke with them about NEVER referring customers here) I called ALL day to get an estimate to find out what was wrong with my car. EVERY time I called to check on the car they had no idea what was going on or when they would get to it. Called 2 other shops in the area that both said they would look at it for free and could work on it now... I called Gary Sapp directly back (10 mins later checked my phone log) and he argued with me that they had already did an hour worth of labor on the car and that I would have to pay. He asked me who I worked for? Asked me if I worked for a charity? He was very rude and demeaning I went to the car shop to pick the car up within 30 mins and he was in the back talking on the phone to AAA (Found out later that he was reporting a complaint on me!) He continued to try and argue with me and all I kept saying please give me my keys (Some man in the background told him to just give the girl her keys), I wish I had looked on Google to see his last review or spoke with anyone in this area ask any other mechanics and they know him by name...and not in a good way. I hope this helps someone else as they do not have to deal with what I had to deal with today after my car had broke down. Not a good guy and not a trust worthy mechanic.

I had a clutch that was giving me trouble. They worked on it to replace a part that had gone bad. When I got the car back it was good for a few days then started acting funny again. They got me right back in and said air was getting in somewhere that was causing it. They redid it to make sure the seal was perfect. Got the car back and it did the same thing. It turned out the new part was faulty. So Gary took my car back and got me set up with a rental until they got another part in. They handled everything with my warranty and never charged me anything extra for the extra work. Fantastic customer service. Thanks guys!

If you have to be "hold up" at an automotive shop, here is the place to be. We had to wait for a Fiat part for 3 days, but this crew was up for the challenge! Helpful, courteous, capable & hospitable, even sharing lunch with us. Thanks for getting us on our way!!
