Great customer service!! I took my vehicle to have the battery checked. Gary himeself came over to take a look at my vehicle, he had them check my alternator and clean out my throttle body!! Top notch customer service!!!

I had two excellent experiences with Gary Sapp Automotive. The first was when my car needed to be towed. Before towing he took a look at my car and was able to diagnose the issue, unlike the shop I was regularly using. After that experience, I decided to just take my car to them the next time instead of going back to the other shop in the area. GSA was able to determine the issue pretty quickly, Ryan was kind enough to go over the needed repairs in detail, and then they finished the repairs a lot earlier than estimated. I highly recommend them and the next time I need someone to look at my car, I now know exactly who to call.
