I ended up here through AAA. I needed a battery replacement, we found out the old one was discontinued. Gary's went out of their way (at no charge) to find something in town that would fit and had it picked up and bought to the shop so I can have a working car when I left. Genuine people, genuine care and compassion for customers. I highly recommend them esp. if you're just a girl with 0 knowledge of all things car. lol!

I had a dead battery during a recent trip to Pensacola. As frustrating as that was, Tyrell, with Gary Sapp Automotive, was very kind and professional. Based on the service I received, I would recommend this mechanic to anyone.
