I got a flat tire on the interstate last night on my way home from work. AAA said it would be an hour before I got service but Tyrrell with Gary Sapp Automotive called me right away and was there in 15 minutes. He was very courteous and professional and had me back on the road in no time. Thank you so much!

Very patient with me

Excellent service! We had repairs done in Georgia and the the compressor died after 2 weeks. We came to Gary Sapp's as a gold certified Napa auto care center, and I was very impressed. They got the parts quickly and Jimmie helped me get ahold of the Napa center since the part was under warranty, and the repairs were done in a mere 5 hours, instead of 24-36 hours I expected. I would highly recommend this mechanic to anyone in the Pensacola area.
