My car shut down while I was driving. I had to call AAA for a tow. Turned out the AAA tow truck was from Gary Sapp. They diagnosed the problem as a part I had recently had replaced at a dealership. They got me fixed up, gave me the bad part they took out which I took to the dealership for a refund . Thanks Doug, Dolly and everyone at Gary Sapp.

Since I met Gary over ten years ago, I have had his business take care of ALL of my vehicles. When I want to purchase a used vehicle, I have them check it out. If something they have installed fails within a reasonable amount of time, they fix the problem at no charge. I can't think of a more qualified, more ethical business. I feel safe in my cars and Motorhome because of the care given by Gary Sapp Automotive.

I have been asked for an updated review, here goes. Once a business owner gives you their word that they will make everything right, I feel that you, as a human, are obligated to give them a chance. I have met with the mechanic responsible for getting my Jeep back on the road and I 100% believe that he, Scott, will make it happen. Gary Sapp is a very nice, respectful person, as is Scott. Thank you for that. The only thing I have an issue about is the unprofessional conduct of one person in particular. We all know who that is. I won't call them out. Gary witnessed their rude and unprofessional behavior. An apology would be nice but not expected. This is the perfect opportunity to teach certain folks basic customer service. Thank you again, Scott and Gary for making things right.

Gary and his staff are amazing! They fit me in on my only day off and did a phenomenal job on my Volvo! I will be back at 120k for my timing belt and water pump! ❤️

Could not be happier with the service. After the converter was installed I took the vehicle home. When I started it up again, I got a "check engine" light, I called and Doug asked that I return ASAP. I did, they checked it and the new O2 Sensor they installed was bad. They ordered a new one and replaced it quickly. No additional charge of course. From my perspective, this is a very ethical, professional, and efficient business. Highly Recommend
